Having lived in the Middle East and Central Asia for nearly two decades, Betsy has a deep respect and sensitivity to diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. She believes that growth and flourishing can begin in spaces where people feel seen, heard, and understood.

Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in collaboration with clients, Betsy is passionate about helping people take steps toward discovery, healing, and flourishing. She is trained in the EMDR Basic Course and also uses Narrative Therapy with clients experiencing post-traumatic stress symptoms.

Betsy aims to help her clients become empowered to find hope, gain self-awareness, build on their strengths, and take meaningful steps toward growth and healing.
